Our shipping policies -
Order processing times. We process all orders within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that timeframe, please email sales@scotcraftsmore.com and we'll take a look! Note: Please be advised that delivery times may vary during the months of November and December due to the heightened volume experienced by carriers.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE: We will thoughtfully pack all the items you have selected in our signature gift box. This box will then be placed inside another double wall shipping box to ensure that your gift arrives in excellent condition.
IMPORTANT: If you are shipping this as a gift, please ensure that the shipping address is updated to the intended recipient's address. We will ship to the address provided during checkout. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the gift is returned to our shop, the customer will be responsible for covering the re-shipping fee. Alternatively, a refund will be issued minus shipping fee.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once we've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@scotcraftsmore.com with your order confirmation and we'll get back to you with an update.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges –
Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 7 business days for orders over $40 USD.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations: accepted - We gladly accept cancellations, request a cancellation before the item has shipped.
Substitution Policy - On rare occasions, we may experience stock shortages for specific items. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item with another of equal or superior value.
Refund policy - If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please email us as soon as possible at sales@scotcraftsmore.com Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
We are pleased to arrange a replacement for you at the earliest convenience.

What happens if we receive an incorrect or incomplete address?
If we ship a gift box to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, our couriers impose a flat $15 fee to return the package, which we are required to pass on to you. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has been dispatched, our options become limited. Occasionally, we can attempt to reroute a package to the correct address for a fee of $15, although this is not always successful. Regardless, the package will ultimately be returned to us and must be resent for delivery. Couriers may not always notify us of delivery issues, and we often only learn of a problem once the package is returned. In these uncommon instances, we kindly ask for your patience and assure you that we will make every effort to ensure your gift box arrives in perfect condition as swiftly as possible.
